Seminary student Amado Pena
Amado Pena was a seminary student and was not ordained. He was charged in California (CA) in 2003 with molesting two 14-year-old boys between 1980 and 1982 (per 2004 archdiocesan report he abused only one). Then, he was arrested in Massachusetts (MA) in 2003 on an outstanding 1987 warrant from MA for alleged abuse of a 12-year-old boy. The California charges may have been dropped in 2003 after CA Supreme Court ruling.
